The Yoga Studio app contains 65 ready-made classes at three levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced), three time options (15, 30, and 60 minutes), and five focus options (strength, flexibility, relaxtion, balance, and combination).
In addition to the classes in the app, you can create your own combination with pose blocks, short sequences of poses, to focus on what you need. You can download the classes for yoga anywhere regardless of WiFi or cellular connection.
